Age Restriction
We will not sell wine or any other alcoholic beverages to anyone under 18 years old. By registering your details and making any subsequent order you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
Privacy Policy & Data Protection
We do not share any personal information; account details, spending habits to any other companies or organisations, with the exception of our courier companies who are delivering your order(s).
Upon registering your details on our web site, you are agreeing to allow us to record and retain said data. In return we guarantee a data is maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Delivery Terms & Times
Wine & Valuables
We use a number of national courier companies to ensure we can deliver anywhere in the UK, including NI, Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. All deliveries require a signature. If you are not at home at time of delivery our courier will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery at a more convenient time. Our couriers normally deliver Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 5.30pm. We deliver over 80% of our orders in 3-5 working days to mainland address; other postcodes may take a little longer.
Homeware Items
We normally ship via Royal mail packet service to ensure we can deliver anywhere in the UK, including NI, Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. We deliver over 80% of our orders in 3-5 working days to mainland address; other postcodes may take a little longer.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Wine
If you find that your wine order is corked we will refund in full. Simply send us an email first and we will arrange for the collection of the remaining bottles and once received and verified at our offices we will action a full credit for the wine and the delivery charges.
If any of the wine bottles are broken on receipt then simply email us explaining what happened and we will happily refund the damaged item(s)
Homeware Items
If you are unhappy for any reason with any of the item(s) you purchased then simply send us an email explaining why and we will arrange the collection of the item(s). Once received and verified we will action a full refund for the item(s) and all or part of the delivery charge if multiple items purchased.
Prices and payment
All our prices for all item(s) offered for purchase are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are also in pounds sterling and are quoted inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards issued by Visa or MasterCard. We are sorry that we do not accept American Express, Dinners Card or any other Debit, Credit, Charge card that is not issued by Visa or MasterCard.
